Shipping and delivery
The delivery will be carried out by GLS.
Your order will be delivered to the address indicated by you in the purchase process. In case of absence upon delivery, GLS will leave a note in a visible place (frontdoor, mail box, etc.) with a telephone number, so you may arrange a new delivery date. In case the second delivery is also unsuccessful, the package will be left at the nearest GLS office. Once the order is placed, delivery methods cannot be changed. In case of any problems, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will provide a solution as soon as possible.
Deliveries will be carried out in 3-4 working days. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and respecting the delivery date and time. Below you will find a table with further information:
